Checking In
Check-in time is officially 3pm on the day of your arrival. However, if your room is ready before 3pm you are welcome to check-in early free of charge.
Checking out
Please check out no later than 10am so we can thoroughly clean and prepare the room for your fellow guests.

We are located at the intersection between the A157 Louth Rd and A158 Horncastle Rd.

ACCESSIBILITY
The restaurant and bar areas are designed to be fully accessible
with ramps from the car park onto the front terrace and into the beer garden at the rear of the building. Access is through a wide door at the front and bi-fold doors at the rear.

An accessible toilet is at near the restaurant. Make us aware of your specific needs when booking and a suitable table will be reserved.
As a historic building our overnight accommodation on the first floor.

CAR PARKING?
Parking is free to all our guests
We have a spacious smooth surface car park at the rear of the building and it is free to all our guest using our facilities, subject to availability.

Security
For your security, we have cameras monitoring the car park 24/7 although parking is at your own risk.

There is also parking in the village across the road on the market square.

ARE DOGS
WELCOME?
YES THEY ARE
Our four-legged friends are welcome in our bar area and outdoor gardens at the front and back of the building.
We have bowls of fresh water dotted around and biscuit treats available.
​
What about the hotel?
Hotel guest can choose to bring their canine companions with them on request and we make a modest additional change to accommodate them.
