Room One
The former "meeting room" for the pub, room one, is one of the original parts of our historic building and is perfect for an idyllic home away from home in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside.
Having hosted many a round table gathering in the pub's past, it is now a beautifully appointed bedroom with garden views and all the modern amenities you would expect, like an ensuite luxury bathroom, high-speed Internet and a flat-screen smart TV.
The room is suitable for two guests and if your 4-legged friend would like to join you they are welcome too.
Room Two
Combining luxury and comfort, the "Pink Room" is a guest favourite at The Adam & Eve with a deluxe a king-size bed and glorious freestanding “slipper” bath, perfect for a relaxing soak whilst sipping a glass of ice-cold champagne.

This charming room is light and airy creating a soothing ambience that is perfect for some well-deserved rest and relaxation for your next romantic break. Hand-carved purlins have been sympathetically preserved and combined with modern amenities like a luxury ensuite bathroom which also has a walk-in shower, high speed Internet and smart flat-screen TV.
This room is also suitable for a family as it includes a sofa bed that is perfect for two small children.
Room Three
Formally “The Airmen’s Room”, we have sympathetically renovated and converted this space into a beautiful relaxing bedroom combining authentic features with the latest modern amenities.

The room now features a comfortable double bed with deluxe mattress, luxurious bed linen and a bright, welcoming ensuite shower room.
​
As you would expect, the room also comes equipped with a large smart TV and high-speed wi-fi access.
Room Four
This room was formally the kitchen for the landlord and landlady, and It has undergone a complete but sympathetic transformation into a cosy, relaxing room for two.

With stunning renovated original wooden floorboards and relaxing views of the garden, it is decorated with soft grey tartan drapes and features a double iron bed with deluxe mattress, luxury linen and a luxury ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

As you would expect It has flat smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi internet access.
Room Five
Mixing discrete luxury with comfort, room five is a real treat whether you are staying for business or some “staycation” pampering.

Decorated with exquisite taste in subtle greys creating a soothing ambience, the room features an iron double bed with deluxe mattress, views to over our relaxing garden and an ensuite bathroom finished in cool, trendy turquoise “metro” tiles and a large walk rain shower with luxury toiletries.

Guests also enjoy premier modern amenities such as high-speed Internet access and a smart flat screen wall-mounted television.

Room Six
With contemporary interior design, soft lighting and great attention to detail, this charming room has all you need for the perfect getaway or business trip base.

Again, the room features an iron double bed with deluxe mattress, luxury linen and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower and cool “touch” light up mirror.
This room is also suitable for a family as it can accommodate an additional pull out “Z” style bed which is perfect for a small child.
Room Seven
Room 7 simply oozes character and charm. Combining luxury and practical comfort, it has two single beds and a spacious seating area.
It features contemporary furnishings, a renovated original wooden floor, exposed beams, and a wonderful view over the rear gardens. The spacious, luxury ensuite bathroom features a bath with over bath dowsing shower. Perfect for a relaxing soak or a quick pre-dinner refresh.
Naturally, it includes all the latest modern amenities like high-speed Internet access and a large, smart, flat-screen television.
